Do you take a percentage of payments?
No. PolyPay is non-custodial. Payments go to your wallet. We charge for platform usage, not GMV.
Can I accept live payments on Free?
Yes. The first merchant on an account can accept live payments within Free quotas.
Are plans per account or per merchant?
Plans are per merchant. Account balance is shared and can pay for any merchant.
What if I hit a plan limit?
Upgrade that merchant to Pro or Ultra, or switch it to Pay as you go.
Who gets Stripe, custom domains, and x402?
Pro, Ultra, and Pay as you go include all three.
Are chain fees included?
No. The sender pays network fees in their wallet. That is not a PolyPay platform fee.
