Referral rewards

Invite a friend to PolyPay. When they complete one eligible external payment of at least $10 within 30 days, both of you receive $5 in bonus credit.

How to participate

1. Open Referral Rewards in the dashboard and copy your referral code or invitation link.
2. Your friend can use the invitation link or enter the referral code during signup. The code must be verified before the account is created; existing accounts cannot be bound later.
3. After the invitation is bound, the friend can track the new-user reward threshold, deadline, and payout status in step 5 of Getting Started and on the Referral Rewards page.
4. They complete a real on-chain account recharge or crypto subscription purchase. Balance deductions and bonus credit do not count toward $10.
5. After qualification, each reward is credited independently and appears in the balance ledger and referral record.

Custom referral codes

• Each account can set one custom referral code. It cannot be edited or removed after confirmation.
• Codes contain 4–20 ASCII letters and numbers, must start with a letter, are normalized to uppercase, and are globally unique without regard to case.
• The POLYPAY prefix and platform, staff, security, and support identity names are reserved.
• The original eight-character system code remains a permanent compatibility alias, so previously shared links continue to work.
• Both system and custom codes must be verified and bound before account creation; attribution cannot be added after signup.

Important rules

• Only real successful production on-chain payments qualify; sandbox and manual/admin payments do not.
• The inviter monthly limit affects only the inviter reward, not the qualified friend’s reward.
• Reward slots and campaign budget are limited; eligibility is determined when the friend qualifies.
• Referral rewards are added to your account as bonus credit and used first under the existing balance rules.
